Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject and message you choose to send us. We use that information to respond to your question and provide customer support. The form is processed by our website host, Netlify, which applies spam filtering. Please do not provide sensitive information in the message field.
The interactive reader saves your most recent page, row and completed-row checklist in browser local storage. This device-only progress does not require an account. If optional user accounts are activated and you choose to sign in, Supabase processes your email and authentication information, and (when you select Save) stores your chosen progress with your account so you can restore it on another device. The account feature is inactive until our database and authentication service are connected. We do not publicly display your pattern progress.
Purchases
Purchases of our downloadable patterns are handled by an external checkout provider, Payhip, using its supported payment processors. We do not collect or store full payment-card details on this website. Payhip and payment processors may collect information necessary to process payments, deliver digital downloads, prevent fraud, and comply with tax and legal requirements. Their policies apply to the checkout service.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
Our site may use analytics or third-party advertising after those services are enabled. If we add Google AdSense, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, personalize, measure, and limit ads, including ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. You may manage personalized Google advertising at Google My Ad Center or learn about third-party opt-outs at YourAdChoices.
Google AdSense is not active on the launch build until our account is approved and site code is installed. If required by law, we will use a consent-management solution before enabling relevant advertising technologies.
When information is shared
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site, respond to messages, facilitate purchases or meet legal obligations. We do not sell your contact-form messages or email addresses.
Retention and your choices
We keep support messages only as long as reasonably necessary for correspondence, dispute handling and required records. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your contact inquiry by using our contact form; some information may have to be kept for legal reasons. Browser preferences can be cleared in your browser. Privacy practices of external checkout, hosting, and payment providers are governed by their own policies.
